BLOODY POO! What is this cocci?

Hello ok, i was feeding my chicks thismorning, i have 3 in one cage they are 2 months, and i see a lot of blood but no sighns of any cuts or blood stain on there buts or anywhere else , they are acting normal, eating and drinking, Is it cocci? and what is that med that i should buy for them i forgot what it is called,
