Bloody Poop, possible worm?

My girls butt was super poopy, she's extremely fluffy so I assumed that was the cause.

But while getting ready to trim she had a bloody poo with a possible worm?

Could someone please tell me what this is and what to use to treat it?

All help appreciated. I am very concerned.

If so it could be coccidiosis.

The stringy thing does not look like a worm but worms could be an issue too.
Do you still have this poop to take apart more?
