Bloody stool in adults

I'm not sure who it is yet, but I found 5 bloody droppings this morning. I started looking and found them in both coops but at that point everyone was running everywhere so I don't know who it was or if it was more than one. Do I assume Cocci in adults as I would if it was a chick?

No, I know what that is. This is bloody. Right now I have about 7 chickens shut up in 3 different locations trying to determine which it's from. I really don't want to treat everyone unless I have to because it means I throw out eggs.
