Bloody tail feathers!!!

I have six 4 week old broilers and I just noticed today that two of them have blood that appears to be coming out of their tail feathers and running down their butts. They look like they are growing their adult feathers but I don’t know if that is the cause. Please help!

You say it's coming out of their tail feathers? Does it seem like they got pulled out somehow?
