Looks like the vent may have been pecked at a bit.
It won't hurt to give her a soaking, apply vetericyn or triple antibiotic ointment to the wound and surrounding scabs where I see some feather plucking. Hemmorioid cream or honey can help reduce some of the swelling (apply a small amount just inside).
If you put her back outside - cover the redness/wounds with a little Blu Kote to hide the redness. Watch to see if she has any problem laying her next egg.
