Bloody Worms in Poop??

Hi! I am a new chicken mom and we are having our first weird poops. It is only one (maybeee two) hens having these poops, but they appear to be bloody and wormy?? Any ideas what this could be and what I need to do?

It looks more like intestinal shed and mucus. I don’t see any worms, but the dropping is shaped from passing through the bowel. How old are your birds?

Oh that would be a relief! I was very taken aback seeing that bright red in the run! They are right at 2 months old.
