BLRW pullet or cockerel?

Sorry about the poor pic but does anyone have an idea about this beauty? The comb color is what has me worried. Hoping for a pullet. Its around 11-12 weeks old best I can remember. Thanks!

I dunno, the neck coloring has me a little concerned. I wouldn't feel comfortable saying pullet or cockerel just yet.

This this turn out to be a hen or rooster? Just curious because I have one the same age that looks almost identical! The amount of red on the comb and wattles had me convinced it was a rooster but I've seen a couple pics like this now that turned out to be hens.

I think pullet, my 9 week old rooster has a bigger comb and wattles.
