Blu Kote made bullying worse!

Hello, Hoping for some advice. We've had some pecking issues with our 4 chickens. One has lost most of it neck feathers in one day. We applied Blu Kote to the neck area and now the 3 others are actively attacking it on sight. We have separated her, but not sure what to do next. Do they think it's blood or think she is a new chicken?

I would suggest not using the Blu-Kote on her anymore. If possible, can you put her in a crate in the coop? Sorry I'm not much help. Good luck!
