Newbie question. I have a random Dominique hen running with my ameracauna flock. My rooster is a blue ameracauna. He regularly mounts her. If I were to incubate the eggs or allow her to, would the chicks be black sex links?

I believe they would be blue sex links, that might lay blue eggs. I say might because they could also lay brown or green... @JedJackson what are your thoughts here?
If the rooster is a true ameraucana they should lay green eggs.
They will produce sex links. About half will be black sex links and half blue sex links.
The blue may be a bit harder to determine then the blacks. The head spot doesn't show as well on blue and the barring isn't as distinct on the blue.

I didn't know how the blue egg gene would carry into the brown egg gene. If all of the female offspring would lay green or if there would be a mix between the blue, green and brown.

If the rooster is a true ameraucana then he will have two genes for blue so all chicks would get one blue gene and wouldn't produce brown eggs.
The hen lays brown eggs and there's a few genes that go into that. It would be almost unheard of for her not to pass on at least some of them. Therefore blue + brown = green in various shades.
