Blue Andalusian Hen?

It looks like a girl to me, could be a really really slow maturing roo, but Andalusians usually have huge combs and wattles, even the girls.

Yes a hen for sure, I have a couple Blue Adalusian hens they have very large combs and my one hen even has spurs
