Offer a dozen eggs from my blue/black rocks. Black rooster, blue girls. Been getting good reports of fertility and development from people Ive shipped to. Shipping is actual Priority shipping to your zipcode. Payment by Paypal please at end of auction, so I can ship them Monday morning.

Warning: these chicks are way too smart for their own good! they learned how to untie my tennis show laces. I have never had a bunch of chicklets do this. They will untie one foot & while you are tying that one back, they attach the other shoe.Such yanking & pulling you never saw, and totally fearless to outside interruption.

those are beautiful and someday when I get an incubator I will want some. Or another broody hen. One of my broodies has just hatched some bbs orpingtons for me from my flock. Gloria Jean

Halo - are you going to have some in a few weeks? My bator is slammed full but would love to get some of these from you... I think you are close enough to not need them shipped. I am trying to get a swap together for late April/early May is you are interested in coming as well I would definately buy some from you...

Sorry, probably a really dumb question that you might be able to answer. How do you tell the difference between a blue rock and a blue orp?

Rocks have yellow legs, orps white. Rocks arent as big as orps, nor as fluffy.

Im changing breeding pens around this next week; Im not sure what Im going to have. I think Ill have my black roo over blue girls in one pen; the splash will be in the free range group....I think....

You may get more black rocks than blues. The only possibility is blue and black here, and I seem to be hatching more blacks than blues right now.

Yeahhh! I've been wanting black rocks ever since I first got barred rocks back in '08! Do you happen to have any wheaton ameracaunas as well??

I'm going to have to make sure that TSC has incubators in stock - they were out when I was there on Thursday...but said more were coming.

Im getting an egg or two a day right now. One is good aqua color, the other is very pale blue.
