Blue Cayuga Question

I hatched some black cayugas, rouens, and a single blue cayuga at the same time. The rouen and black cayugas have their drake tail feathers but the blue cayuga doesn't. It's quack sounds just like the other males and it's as big as my rouen drake. Does anyone with experience with blue cayugas know if they take a little longer to get in their drake tail feathers?

From what I understand the Cayuga is a slower maturing bird than other Ducks.

I have a Cayuga and a Swedish that I got together, they are now 8 weeks old and the Swedish is full grown and bigger than the Cayuga by a lot.
