Hello,
Can anyone tell me if the male Blue Eared pick there females as mates or can you try to place them together for pairs?
Also can you have more than one female for the males?
I have looked on line but everything just describes them and really no further information.
Thanks Any help would greatly be appreciated

I don't think any male would refuse a hen.It may take awhile before they will breed, but you have to try and see.Yes you can run multiple hens with a male. But if you are adding a hen to the male you should put them both in a new cage. The male may kill her if you add her to "his"cage. If he is by himself and you try to add a hen to him he will defend his cage even if it's a hen.If you have a hen and are adding a male they will be okay.

Thanks for the info
I am actually trying to buy a pair and wanted him to have 2 females so they would be put into the pens together.
