Blue Jersey Giant 8 Weeks Old, Gender?

This is my 8 week Blue Jersey Giant. If I remember correctly they are slow to mature, so the red, but still small wattles has me leaning male. The comb isn't red though so I'm wondering what others think.

I sure hope so. IT has been a very sweet chick from the start, which makes me suspicious, lol.

I'm leaning pullet, although those are some big wattles...the feet are pretty giant as well. The color is nice and even, but there are some suspicious spots near the tail, and I'm wondering if they're male saddle feathers coming in. Could you maybe get a close up of the feathers?

I'll give it a go tomorrow. There's a few others in the group I wasn't able to get good pictures of today. They were a bit unsettled because I shifted everyone around to make room for some recently hatched chicks.

Saddle feathers shouldn’t come in on a slow to mature breed until 10-12 weeks. This is a pullet

I’m leaning cockerel but I think it needs a bit more time.

Here are some pics of my JGs at different ages. They took a while to get any wattles and even longer to get color to them. Obviously genetics play a lot in how they mature so you could just have a faster growing girl.
