Blue Kote on chicks

I recently had 2 little 4 week old chicks that I had to apply blue kote due to the other chicks pecking. I was wondering how long before the Blue Kote wears off and can I return them back to the hen house or will the other chicks keep pecking especially with the blue spot on their back? Please help the little roo is getting restless in the brooder box

I don't think the other chicks will care about the blue, it's red that makes them go crazy. I've used blue marker to identify chicks before and it's fine

so what about a red wall in the hen house would that make them go crazy as well

?
