Blue Partridge color

How do I get a blue partridge color out of my Welsummers? Wanted to make some blue partridge Easter Eggers.

Take the hens to a splash or blue Ameracauna rooster? A splash rooster should give you 100% blue where the black markings are and a blue rooster would give you 50% blue and 50% black. It wouldn't be a true partridge pattern (and I'm not positive, but the F1's would probably be solid with some leakage) but it should get the black pigment diluted out to blue.
