well after issues with my incubator on the last three hatches (bator was to close to the window causing temperature flux) i have finally moved the incubator and hatched out so far.... 4 of 5 blue scales, 5 of six gambels, 9 of 14 bobs and 0 of 5 valleys, bobs are still coming as well as ther othe blue scale and gambel but i am not sure about the valleys.
also if you have had dud hatches try moving the incubator away from any "draft spots" because any fluctuation more than 3 degrees either way will dramatically effect your hatch in a very negative way, my coturnix hatched fine with the fluctuation but my other birds were destroyed by it. just a word to the wise or for any one wanting to hatch other quail.
