Blue sexlink 6 weeks, no comb

one of my blue sexlink chicks has almost no visible comb at 6 weeks , is this normal?

I have 5 other chicks and they all have small combs by now. Posting another blue sexlink for reference.

I have not seen them peck at her but she is the most flighty and gets stressed if we pick her up.
