We are heartbroken that our little Blue Silkie has turned out to be a Crower! Due to laws in our area prohibiting roosters we need to re-home Sammie ASAP. We have hand raised Sammie from a day old chick. He has a funny, sweet and comical personality. He likes being petted and likes getting baths, especially the blow drying afterwards. He is 18 weeks old now and has discovered his voice! As he's a Banty, he's not as loud as a full size rooster, but still does have a set of lungs on him to catch his ladies attention! He has a cute dance he'll do to get his gals attention.
Ideally I'd love to trade Sammie for a female Silkie or another possibility is trade for some fertile Silkie eggs that I could try for a girl Silkie. But most important I want to see him go into a loving home. I'm willing to meet anyone within 90 miles or so from Spokane, WA thanks for considering all 14oz of this sweet boy.
