The Silver Fox rabbits have the nicest fur. No matter which way you pet them the fur stands up. Can not wait until she has her litter. The other 2 California does are also expecting litters in the next couple of days, too. Should be a full house, hopefully.

The Silver Fox is breed for meat or fur. They also make great pets and are called the Teddy Bear of the Rabbit World. They are very friendly and docile. They are big rabbits when full grown, over 10 pounds. They are very rare. I traded a friend for the buck and then had to find him a mate. The search was on for a doe. The SF are very rare rabbits and hard to find. I found a breeder down in SC who was willing to bring a doe up to Raleigh, he was visting family. So our little doe has a lot of miles on her....LOL.
