Blue Swedish drake

So my ducks are about 15 weeks old and were purchased as all females, however I believe one is a drake! His quack is like a drake but no tail curl yet. When does the blue Swedish get the sex curl feathers?

ide think he wouldve gotten it by now, i had a pekin who was 100% male and never ever got a drake feather

Mabye you could get his voice on video, someone would know forsure by voice
