Blue wyandotte Standard of Perfection

What does the standard call for in a blue wyandotte? A black wyandotte as far as leg color goes actually says shanks and toes- black, shading to yellow or willow!!!

Comb, face, wattles, and ear-lobes: Bright Red
Beak: Yellow
Eyes: Reddish Bay
Shanks and Toes: Rich Yellow
