Because I recently bought two lavender chicks from a woman who claimed they were orpingtons but immediately I noticed one had a rose comb. I didn't say anything because well, I liked the look and I wasn't getting them for breeding.
She told me the parents were on her Facebook and I went on there; sure enough she had a pair of Lavender orpingtons and blue wyandottes.
I just want to see if its pure or not.
