I have just read somewhere on fb that BluKote causes a lifetime egg withdrawal? I have been spraying it on my polish hen that keeps getting her head feathers pecked and have been eating her eggs. Is this an issue, I've felt fine and really don't want to stop eating them.

I have never heard this before.
I choose not to use it just because it dyes everything purple. Others, use it.

Never heard that either.
I don't use it on wounds because it masks the status of the wound....
.. and found it can attract pecking attention.
Use Vetricyn instead.....or just plain triple antibiotic ointment.
