Book of standards app

hi im a 17 year old highschool student who has been in 4h sense i was 9, my two passions are chickens and computers.
and ive found a gap in the market and ive been knocking around the idea of developing a book of standards app for ios phones and android phones. i will be posting some concept art and proof of concept screen shots

well i have developed some java deving and some web design for extra money im currently looking into good programs to use for designing and who owns the rights of pictures of chickens in the book of standards as well as making some nice mocks ups and starting a kickstarter
