Both Ears have infection?

Please help, I tried flushing with peroxide, but nothing came out, not sure if he needs to be treated with antibiotics, if so which one and how much. He is 3 months old

Sadly that wasn't very helpful, it tells you to use metronidazole, but doesn't give you the dosage... it really sycks not having a bird vet close by

Thanks, it's not a canker, vet said external trauma and put him on SMZ-TMP suspension

Thanks for the update. External trauma...scratching his ears or getting pecked, maybe banging his head somewhere? What do you think?
