They are from the local feed mill, from the Wellsummer cage, helper guy there said it was just a dark wellsummer, but I am thinking not with the leg color and less striping.Where are they from? One may be a Partridge Rock
Definitely not a dark Welsummer. This chick down color is actually an indicator of eb chick down and Welsummers are wild type or e+. There would be no possible way a dark Welsummer could ever pop upCould we get a comb pic? It also could be an Easter Egger, Barnevelder, or a few other rarer breeds. Without knowing the hatchery it came from it’s hard to say for certain until it feathers out more!
