Bottle kid goat eating dirt

I have a 2 week old(13 days)bottle kid we got and he is active eats his bottle very well and plays but he likes to eat dirt!he is healthy as can be just eats dirt.is there anything I should be giving him besides his bottle?
 
Sorry I cant give you any answer on you're question. I don't have any experiences with raising goats. If you know any members who have goats you can reach them with a @. Maybe that will help to get a reply.
 
It's fairly normal for baby grazers to eat a bit of dirt, and, if they can get it, a bit of manure from a healthy adult of their species. They're seeding their intestinal flora.

Unless he's really going at it, or always does it in the exact same spot, it's nothing to worry about. If they're eating a lot, they are sometimes mineral deficient. If it's always the exact same spot, not only are they deficient, but they've found what they need right there (but probably not enough of it) which might help you figure it out.

I also have a Nigerian dwarf goat who is 14 days today. She has watery yellow poop. And we bottle feed her. Did you have the same problem or do you know anyone who can help?
