Bottom of the pecking order

My smallest chicken looks all ruffled up and is missing some feathers. I don't want this chicken to get too stressed out because he is being picked on. Is there anything I can do?

You could section off a portion of the area that your chickens are in and separate the smaller one from the others. If the small one doesn't like being alone, separate her with a couple other smaller chickens.
