We put the posts in the ground (2ft down!) the day before.
All we had to do was wait for the cement to dry.
So we went to pick up 2 I. B. Pieds It took us 3 1/2 hrs to get there. (lots of rain!)
She had an absolute gorgeous selection. Peach, Cameo, BS, IBP White eyes IBSilver pied all kinds cannot remember all the types.
So we got the two I wanted and came home.
As we were pulling around the drive talking about putting up the fence and netting we saw that the tree Right in the Middle of the pen we were building for them had fallen, wee, broke off about 20 ft. up!
It is about 6in. from hitting one of my posts and we can't pull it with the tractor(too heavy). so my husband and son are cutting limbs in a safe area with hopes to lighten the load. Whew
I will try to post a picture.
I do have two beautiful India Blue Pieds sitting in the truck waiting for us to finish.
