Bought a new (used) coop. How do I clean it?

Hi guys quick question. I bought a used chicken tractor off of Craigslist and I want to fix it up and use it for my birds to explore a bit more. What's the best way to clean/disinfect it before I put any of my chickens in it? I don't want to spread any germs the previous owners chickens may have had while using it. Should I clean it and "quarantine" my new coop? Thanks!

I would wash it down with a dilute ammonia solution because that kills cocci. Perhaps after a thorough rinsing and drying you might want to do the same with bleach. Or you could purchase some Oxine, which ought to get everything. If it is raw wood, painting should also eliminate a great number of organisms.
Breeze and sun are always good, too.
