Bought some new adult geese...will they stay here?

I've never gotten geese as adults, and was wondering if they will stick around, or if I need to pen them up for 'x' amount of days/weeks? We have a small pond, with ducks and my 2 other geese, so I'm thinking they'll stay near the pond? Or will they 'run' away? They are embdens, if that makes a difference.

i bought 2 adult geese today as well and the man i bought them from told me to keep them penned up for at least a month if not more so they will get used to the place.

I would think they would stay as long as they got acclimated to the place, but I can't be sure....Good Luck to you both.
