I was going to dump the yard cart and I'm glad I didn't just knock it over! Someone is laying eggs,,, I'm not sure who. My oldest ones are the 8 that were dumped as week old babies on Dec. 29, the other one would be Charlotte, Steven's little Silkie cross he rescued but she should be about the same age. The first pic is them in the yard cart, then the next one is a comparison for you, the first egg is one of Hershey's Duck eggs, the next is a store bought chicken egg, then a pheasant egg then one of the little eggs from the nest.

How precious!!! Is it possible that they are some type of wild bird and not one of your girls? They are so tiny!!!

I don't think they are wild birds, we don't have any around here that would lay that size; they are all either really large owls, small sparrows, or speckled thrashers. I'm going to try and catch whoever it is in the morning,, they've been in that cart right outside my bedroom window and I never saw a thing!
