got my order from cackle hatchery on 4/30. This is my first time with turkeys. I have 2 of those big 50 gal Rubbermaid tubs and I've been swapping it every couple days to keep them clean. I ordered 11 total, 4 BB and 7 bourbons. They send 2 extra BB and 1 bourbon and all 14 are doing well, real well:). My problem is they are growing so fast that I'm thinking of separating them into 2 different brooders. Was thinking of mixing them up and each time I clean the brooder so they all still know each other. Will that work at this age or would I be better keeping say the BB in one pen and the reds in a separate and then just re-introduce them when they go outside. I have an outside run waiting for them but am still working on an enclosure to keep them in prior to hitting the ground outside. I'm in the Northeast so I intend to put them out at 7 to 8 weeks with heat lamps.

Anyone see this as a problem or should I just work on finding a bigger brooder to keep them together?

I would just make a bigger brooder for all of them. I can normally keep poults in my 4' x 4' brooder for two weeks before they start flying out. At two weeks I usually move them to my grow out pen.
