Boy or Girl?

We have this cutie, about 2 1/2 months old. By appearance, it seems to be a girl, but by “quack” it seems boy. Its noises are soft chirps, no quacks. We bought it from a vendor at our farmer’s market. She said it’s a barnyard mix.

It may still be too young to tell by voice. Have you noticed its voice changing recently? If not, then it is probably best to wait a while.
