This is a Black Amerucauna crossed with either a SWL or Saphire Hen. About 9 weeks old. Boy or girl? Thank you!

Based on comb size at only 9 weeks, I'd say cockerel.

However, he appears to be barred/cuckoo and none of the birds you mentioned would result in barred offspring.
 
If the rooster wasn't barred then the hen was and this is a cockerel due to the sexlinking of the barring gene. A solid rooster over a barred hen will produce barred males and solid females.
