Boys or girls? Help!

Need some help... Hoping my 6 chicks from TSC are all females... What do you think? I have had them 3 weeks and I think they are about 4 weeks old...

It has been a few weeks now, hoping it is easier to tell the gender... What do you all think? I had a friend tell me that one of my black australorps looks like a roo, and one of my RIR's... Then another friend said just one of the buffs looks like a roo... I don't want to get rid of any males unless I am 100% sure, so do I just wait until one or more cock-a-doodle-doos?
