I'm new to chickens (and awful so far). These are my 2 buff orps 16 weeks and are both supposed to be hens, but no way these are the same gender. Thoughts?

To me, in this set of pictures, the 2nd from last looks like a pullet and the bottom a cockerel. But from my reply on your other post, I'm quite new myself. I'll be watching this post to learn!

Yeah, no, the one with the larger comb is definitely a boy. A pullet (female chicken under 1 year old) won't have a comb that big and bright until right before they start laying.

Thank you all very much! Of my 7 birds there is only supposed to be 1 roo, but I'm fearful 4 of them are

Next up, gold laced wyandottes 5 months. Should be 1 roo 1 hen, but they look nearly the same to me. Couple of dudes?
