Braekel chicks week 3 advice please

Just a little update, my first chicks hatched under a broody hen have now reached week 3.
Arent they cute?
Just wondering if I can add anything like oregano to their crumb or should I wait for them to be a bit bigger. I have some hemp oil with oregano flakes in it which I give my other older hens.

They are very cute. I would let them out on the lawn with their broody, or cut a turf and put it in with them - this is assuming you haven't treated the grass with any chemicals recently. The sooner they can get on grass, the better for their health. Mine are led out by their broodies on day 2.
