Brahma’s feet feathers

Does anyone know when the feathers on the Brahma chickens feet are supposed to grow in? My Brahma chickens have a few feathers on their feet, but I see pictures of them being completely filled out.

Probably a quality issue. Here my Brahma pullet around 5 months old.

Sometimes roosters do not grow many feathers on their legs, probably due to some quality issues. My rooster doesn't have full feathered legs, but his 2-week-old chicks already have completely feathered legs.

is There a way to fix this “quality issue”, I was really looking forward to looking outside at these giant, beautiful chickens walking outside in their “full glory”

I think the only thing you can do is to choise some good hens that can correct this "issue" in the chicks. Unfortunately it's only a genetic issue and there isn't much that can be done beyond this.
