Brahma banties feathering

Do the Brahma banties feather in slower? especially on their backs? They are 8 weeks old and the feathers on their backs a very thin and can see their pink skin? The rest of their feathers came in slower than the other chicks I bought at that time.

I don't know about the bantams, but my standard Brahmas feathered in about the same time as all the others. It couldn't be the size could it?

I know my Brahma bantam is feathering much slower than the standard hens of the same age
