She spent the last week basically in the nest box, she used to sleep on the perch but started sleeping in the nest box. I figured she had bumblefoot or was going broody. I ordered some supplies (BluKote and Magnesium paste), it took me a few days to get to it but yesterday I brought her indoors. I bathed the feet, soaked them, applied an antibiotic and wrapped them, it was a little stressful but nothing invasive and actually her feet looked really good. Now I see that she has not eaten or drank anything for 24 hours!! What could be happening? I have 4 hens altogether. I think the other 3 are doing okay...

Could it just be because it's too foreign to have her feet wrapped? I will take the wrap off in the morning...

Forgot to mention she is about 2 1/2, a good healthy hen. This morning when I went to take off the foot wraps, green diarrhea shot out everywhere!!

Started her today on Corrid (20% powder), 1.5 t/gal for 5 days. Will treat all flock

Not sure if anyone read my post, but good news my Brahma fully recovered and is doing great!!

Thank you for your old post. I have two new hens with diarrhea and was considering culling both and starting over. I hoped their new diet would fix it, but the place stinks horribly. Is corid available in small quantities? I only saw big bottles in tractor supply
