1st, THANKS FOR HAVING SUCH AN AWESOME FORUM!!!

Hello folks,

Snide from Southeastern Indiana here...Brand slap new, never had a chicken, never raised with chickens, don't really know the first thing about raising chickens, but know I'm gonna get some some chicken's..

I have a friend that has a dozen or so Red Sex-Links and a few African Guinas (hope I'm saying them both right) He lets all his birds free range and them coops them at night...I just stand and stare in envy everytime I'm over there...So I'm hooked, been on here reading the last few days trying to learn all I can before jumping in head first. I will have all my bases covered before I get one bird...And a part of doing that is getting on here and reading all that I can, so just wanted to give a few of you fair warning if you see me lurking around a silly newbie type question may be coming here and there..LOL
