Brands of food

So what is a good brand of chicken feed? I am currently feeding my week old chicks nutrena medicated starter crumbles, but I have heard that it isn't the best brand to feed. I know another feed store near me sells blue seal, is that a better food for them?

I think it depends where you live here I can get country lane and Purina those are my 2 choices. Maybe if you post your area someone that lives around you might be able to help.

im from southern CT. I'm sure there are more feed stores around, I just don't know about them.

My horse was on Blue Seal until he died at the age of 37. I know what I would be feeding my chickens if I could get it down here in Florida.
