Breakfast in Nashville, Tennessee

Hello Tennessee peps. We are traveling for a long weekend in Nashville tomorrow. Downside to cheap flights is we get in at 7:30am. We can’t check in until 11:30 or later.
Tell me where to go for breakfast and what to do to kill 3+ hours?!
