My breakfast this morning: Grits, bacon, toast, coffee and one easy-over fried egg - the FIRST egg from my little flock. It was DELICIOUS!

Breakfast for the girls? They had layer feed and ice water. Later this afternoon I'll give them some frozen cantaloupe. I did let them out to free range for awhile, though. 
And I told Oreo how much I enjoyed eating the egg she laid for me!
