Breast feathers

So I have a general question. I have a 10x10 run that I made and move around once a week or so when the grass and weeds are depleted. My question is that I tend to find that my meat birds Cornish X breasts are pretty bare and have worn off their feathers. Is anyone else running into this problem as well?

I just processed my first batch of cornish and noticed this too, but I also know they lay down a lot more compared to my other chickens. When plucking I did notice that the bare spots had no spots for feathers, just plain skin. They tend to waddle when they walked.
