Hard to say, that comb is pretty big. We need to see saddle feathers.

She's definitely without a doubt a pullet

I think you have a roo. My BCM pullet is slightly younger, but elegant looking, yours looks a young man on a mission. More filled out, nore robust feathering and more copper in the hackles. Compared to your other birds around the same age with the same looking combs, your black bird's comb is slightly more pronounced. That's my best guess anyway.

Its a she, started laying eggs once the temperature warmed up.
