Breed and Gender Help? 2 Chicks

Breed and Genders?
Hi there. I am new to raising chickens and these two are rescues. One fell into my yard and the other was given to me which was also rescued. Could someone tell me if they can identify the breed and possibly the gender of these two? I believe the bigger one may be 4 weeks (not sure) and the smaller one is around a week and a half (Maybe...)

The bigger one loves to fly up onto my head and shoulders and apparently likes to cuddle. The other one is a tiny bit skittish at times and is a loud cheeper but does like to perch on my hand and shoulder from time to time. (It can be brave at times and sometimes not so much)

I think the top one is a speckled Sussex! Not sure about other questions, but i think its a little to soon to tell on gender.

The comb is starting to turn pink. It's too young to know for sure, but I'm pretty sure. I've raised a lot of birds.

The chick is not a Speckled Sussex.
Specific details:
Speckled Sussex have single combs, and that chick has a pea comb.
Speckled Sussex have white feet, and that chick has green feet.

I would also guess Easter Egger because of the green legs and pea comb.
Or it could be some kind of backyard mix.
