I would have to assume Welsummer also. Especially with the yellow legs.

Welsummer or brown Leghorn is a good bet, but you won't know for sure for a while, nor the sex. It looks to be somewhere around three weeks of age. In another three or four weeks, post again if gender isn't obvious.
